Key Responsibilities- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines
- Develop, update, and implement individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
- Document all services accurately and in a timely manner
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in accordance with applicable practice acts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families to support optimal outcomes
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
- Active Oregon PT license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and patient needs
- Experience working in a rehab or therapy-focused care setting
- Prior experience supervising PTAs or Rehab Technicians
