PIZZA KARMA blends the bold flavors of India with everyone's favorite food: pizza. We make tandoor-fired pizzas, wraps, bowls, and wings with clean-label ingredients, and we serve them in our restaurants across Minnesota and through one of the busiest food truck catering operations in the Midwest.

We're looking for someone who can stretch dough and lead a team in the same shift.

What you'll do

On the line

• Make our signature pizzas to recipe and quality standards, from dough to tandoor to box
• Prep ingredients, keep stations stocked, and keep tickets moving during rushes
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards

Leading the shift

• Run the floor: set the pace, assign stations, and keep the team motivated
• Train and coach new team members on pizza making and guest service
• Handle guest questions and fix issues quickly and kindly
• Open or close the store, count drawers, and help with inventory and ordering
• Keep the workplace safe, organized, and efficient

What we're looking for

• 1+ year of restaurant experience, including some time leading a team or shift
• Pizza or line cook experience is a strong plus. We'll teach you our recipes and tandoor technique.
• Calm under pressure, with good communication skills
• Real pride in the food you put out
• Availability for evenings and weekends
• Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to [XX] lbs
• [Food Manager certification preferred, or willingness to get certified]
