Machinist – Entry-Level to Senior

Pay: $20–$24/HR, based on experience

Location: Wallingford, CT

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

We are hiring machinists at all experience levels, from entry-level candidates interested in learning the trade to experienced machinists who can set up and operate a variety of equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate various machinery, including turning centers, machining centers, saws, threading machines, heading machines, and manual equipment.
• Learn and understand machine operations and capabilities.
• Run multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously.
• Perform accurate product inspections.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in required training.
• Assist other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Entry-level candidates are welcome; training is provided.
• Prior machining or related experience is a plus.
• Ability to read measurements, perform basic math, and follow instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift and handle materials weighing 25–50 lbs, with some items up to 100 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a required drug screening.
