• Status: Hourly, Full-Time
• Primary Shift: 3rd shift (11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.)
• Training: 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Your Mission

• Champion safety by following all rules and procedures.
• Drive reliability through preventive maintenance: lubrication, wear and position measurements, component adjustments, and continuous observation for abnormal sounds or vibrations.
• Minimize downtime via rapid response to emergency and breakdowns; consult manuals and technical literature to guide repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to accomplish complex work.
• Use measurement and test equipment with precision and accuracy.
• Install and repair across disciplines: electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems.
• Operate the boiler safely; maintain sufficient steam pressure for plant operations.
• Document maintenance activities thoroughly and accurately.
• Troubleshoot methodically; collaborate with teammates and keep supervision informed of issues and unusual conditions.
• Take on other assigned tasks to support operations.

Must-Have Capabilities

• Read, write, and speak English effectively.
• Proficiency with a variety of measuring devices.
• Broad electrical, mechanical, and machine shop skills and experience.
• Learn quickly, follow instructions, ask clarifying questions, and contribute as a strong team player.
