Job Description

Delivery Driver Associate – $22.75/Hour + Weekly Pay

Good Faith Deliveries – Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP)

Pay: $22.75 per hour

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Schedule: Full-time, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts

Start Time: Typically between 10:00 AM and 11:30 AM

Good Faith Deliveries is hiring reliable, motivated, and team-oriented Delivery Driver Associates to deliver Amazon packages throughout the Columbus community.

We are a growing Amazon Delivery Service Partner focused on safety, professionalism, consistency, teamwork, and a positive workplace culture.

As a Delivery Driver, you'll operate a safe, comfortable Amazon-branded delivery van, use the latest delivery technology, and deliver packages directly to customers.

Paid training is provided! We provide the vehicle, uniform, and tools you need to succeed.

DELIVERY DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Delivery Driver Associate, you will:

• Safely operate an Amazon-branded delivery van and prioritize safety at all times.
• Deliver packages accurately, professionally, and on schedule.
• Follow assigned routes, delivery procedures, and company policies.
• Use a company-provided smartphone, delivery app, and GPS navigation.
• Complete vehicle inspections before and after each shift.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Work independently and complete assigned routes within the required timeframe.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Stay active throughout a 10-hour shift, frequently entering and exiting the van (approximately 175 times per day).
• Walk for extended periods and lift, carry, push, and pull packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Safely drive and maneuver a large cargo van.

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY

• Work 4 days per week with 10-hour shifts.
• Typical start times are between 10:00 AM and 11:30 AM.
• Must be available to complete the full 10-hour shift.
• Prefer availability any day of the week, including at least one weekend day.
• Some scheduling flexibility may be available.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR).
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Professional driving experience required; delivery experience preferred.
• Must pass a 5-panel drug screening.
• Multiple driving violations or at-fault accidents may disqualify applicants.
• Comfortable driving and maneuvering a large cargo van.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, delivery app, and GPS navigation.
• Able to follow assigned routes, procedures, and company policies.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team; team-based experience preferred.
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Able to frequently enter and exit the delivery vehicle throughout the day.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable and able to commit to scheduled shifts and complete the full 10-hour workday.
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
