Industrial Maintenance Technician

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a busy manufacturing facility in Magnolia, MS. This is a hands-on role working across both mechanical and electrical maintenance, with a mix of preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, rollers, bearings, shafts, chains, belts, drives, pumps, and lift systems
• Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V, including 3-phase motors, sensors, wiring
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, lubrication, repairs, and equipment alignment
• Maintain equipment including corrugators, printing presses, gluers, rotary die cutters, slotters/scorers, conveyors, and stackers
• Work with production to troubleshoot equipment issues and keep operations running safely and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and industrial maintenance experience
• Comfortable troubleshooting electrical systems with a meter
• Experience with 480V / 3-phase motors
• Ability to troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical equipment
• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred
