Location: Ashland, VA

Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Pay Rate: $21.45/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking 2nd Shift Shipping Associate to join our team in Ashland, VA. This position plays a key role in ensuring products are properly staged, palletized, labeled, and prepared for shipment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and assisting with loading and unloading trucks.

Responsibilities

• Stage materials for shipment in designated areas.
• Palletize products and prepare orders for transportation.
• Band and secure shipments to ensure safe delivery.
• Apply shipping labels and verify documentation accuracy.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining the shipping area.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet shipping deadlines.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma / GED
• Previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
