Route Sales Delivery Driver-Bilingual

Position Summary

The Route Sales Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering, stocking, and merchandising product at assigned foodservice (restaurants) and retail (convenience store) accounts along a set Tennessee-market route. This role focuses on execution — safe driving, accurate delivery, shelf presentation, and stock rotation — keeping accounts fully stocked between sales visits. Pay is $20/hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport product to foodservice (restaurant) and retail (convenience store) accounts along an assigned daily route
• Deliver accurate orders on time, verifying product counts against invoices at each stop
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product on shelves, in coolers, and on displays following company standards (FIFO)
• Build and maintain clean, well-faced, and fully stocked displays at each account
• Load and unload delivery vehicle, checking product condition and quantities after departure
• Complete delivery paperwork, invoices, and handheld system entries accurately and on time
• Communicate account issues (out-of-stocks, damaged product, display needs) to the Route Sales Representative and management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safely loaded delivery vehicle at all times
• Follow all DOT, safety, and company policies related to driving and product handling

Qualifications

• 1+ years of delivery driving, warehouse, or merchandising experience preferred; DSD/beverage experience a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; must meet company/DOT driving requirements
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs and push/pull loaded hand trucks or pallet jacks
• Comfortable with a physically active role that includes frequent bending, lifting, and standing
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work early-morning hours as needed for route schedules
• Basic ability to use a handheld device or tablet for delivery and inventory records
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be bilingual
