Own the uptime. Elevate reliability.

Join a team where your craftsmanship keeps a complex frac sand operation running. You’ll blend precision mechanics, hands-on welding, and practical electrical troubleshooting to drive safe, reliable, and efficient production.

Mission

Minimize downtime and maximize throughput by executing preventive maintenance, solving equipment failures, and advancing continuous improvement across the plant.

How you’ll contribute
  • Asset care: Service and repair conveyors, screens, pumps, dryers, bucket elevators, compressors, and hydraulic systems.
  • Rapid response: Triage breakdowns, diagnose root causes (mechanical/electrical/pneumatic), and implement durable fixes.
  • Precision practices: Inspect for wear and misalignment; maintain lubrication schedules for bearings, gearboxes, and rotating machinery.
  • Safety leadership: Model lockout/tagout, comply with MSHA regulations, and take part in safety meetings, inspections, and hazard assessments.
  • Continuous improvement: Capture maintenance logs, close work orders, track parts usage, and recommend reliability enhancements.
  • Projects and installs: Assist with equipment installation, alignment, and commissioning; support upgrades and modifications; coordinate with contractors and vendors.
What you’ll needRequired
  • Experience in industrial, mining, or manufacturing maintenance.
  • Demonstrated skill with conveyors, motors, pumps, and rotating equipment.
  • Basic electrical competency with motors, sensors, and VFD troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
  • Comfort working outdoors in dusty, physically demanding environments.
Preferred
  • Background in frac sand, aggregates, mining, or comparable processing operations.
  • Welding and fabrication capability (stick, cutting torch).
  • Understanding of PLCs and automated systems.
  • MSHA certification or willingness to obtain.
Working conditions
  • 12-hour shifts; rotating schedule with nights/weekends as needed.
  • Exposure to noise, dust, heat, and heavy machinery.
  • Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, bending, and working at heights.
What sets you apart
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Independent self-starter who collaborates well with a team.
  • Clear communicator committed to safety.
