⭐ PLATINUM DRIVER PROGRAM

Drivers who demonstrate excellent safety, attendance, reliability, delivery performance, and customer service can qualify for our Platinum Driver Program.

• 10 HOUR BLOCK PAY
• FINISH EARLY AND YOU ARE STILL PAID FOR 10 HOURS
• BONUS PAID WEEKLY
• QUALIFY AFTER 3O DAYS ON STANDARD ROUTES

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $21.50-$22.50

$500 Sign-On Bonus – Paid After 60 Days When All Eligibility Criteria Are Met

1. Remain actively employed for 60 consecutive days working 3-4 days per week.
2. Must be on time
3. Maintain satisfactory attendance with zero no-outs/no-shows.
4. Demonstrate the ability to complete standard-sized routes without requiring rescue assistance.
5. Have no accidents, serious safety violations, or disciplinary actions during the 60-day eligibility period.
6. No negative customer feedback
7. Maintain Platinum Status based on Cortex performance ratings.

Job Description

What You’ll Do

• Report to Warehouse DDC4 for morning loadout
• Load packages assigned to your route
• Follow GPS-guided delivery routes
• Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial locations
• Provide professional customer service
• Safely operate the company delivery vehicle and follow all traffic laws
• Use a handheld device to manage routes and package information
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized
• Report delivery issues or vehicle concerns to management
• Return to the warehouse after completing your route

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license required. No CDL required.
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to Warehouse DDC4
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
