About the Role

Join our metal manufacturing team in Saint Joseph, MO 64506 as a Precision Machining Specialist. You’ll craft high‑tolerance parts by operating, setting up, and maintaining both CNC and manual machines—delivering components that meet exacting standards every time.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and run CNC and manual machining equipment to produce quality components.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan each job.
• Monitor machining operations and make adjustments to hold tight tolerances.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Inspect finished parts to verify dimensions and meet specifications.
• Partner with teammates to refine processes and elevate throughput.
• Uphold a clean, organized, and safe work area.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED required; machining certificate or technical degree preferred.
• Hands-on experience as a machinist or in a closely related role.
• Confidence with both CNC and manual machines.
• Solid command of machining methods, tooling, and cutting parameters.
• Ability to read and apply technical documents and prints.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
