Order Fulfillment Specialist — Lift Truck Operations

Compensation: $18.00–$21.00 per hour, paid weekly

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

A day in this role

When you step onto the floor at 8:00 AM, you’re the force that keeps orders moving. With a pick list in hand, you navigate aisles, locate items with precision, and stage them so each shipment leaves complete and on time. You communicate with teammates, flag low inventory, and keep your area tidy so the next pick is as smooth as the last. As needed, you’ll handle material using pallet jacks and, where applicable, a stand-up forklift—always with safety first.

What you’ll take on

• Accurately select, stage, and pack items to meet customer specifications and shipping deadlines.
• Cross-check picks against order lists to ensure completeness and correctness.
• Operate warehouse equipment—pallet jacks and, when applicable, forklifts—safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area to promote safety and productivity.
• Report stock discrepancies or low levels to support inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to hit daily throughput goals.
• Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse, picking, or shipping preferred.
• Stand-up forklift experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
• Basic math skills for counting and measuring.
• Familiarity with WMS or inventory software is a plus.
• Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset.
