Customer Service Representative

Title: Customer Service Representative-Bilingual Preferred but not required

Position Status: Non-Exempt hourly

Compensation: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Location: Schertz, TX (On-Site)

We are looking to employ a Customer Service Representative capable of ascertaining and fulfilling 
customer needs by delivering knowledge, empathy, and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be people‐orientated, adaptable, and have outstanding problem‐solving skills. Being a constant point of contact for customers, you can create and/or transform a customer's experience with our company. For this reason, it is integral that you are friendly and well‐informed in your approach. 
 

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: 
Managing large amounts of incoming calls and email inquiries 
Answering detailed product and service questions 
Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents 
Reading and learning scripts 
Compiling reports on overall customer satisfaction 

Position Requirements: 
Strong written and verbal communication skills 
Confidence on the phone 
Basic data entry knowledge 
Ability to multi‐task, prioritize, and manage time effectively 
Ability to retain and recall important information 
Capacity to work independently and proactively 
High aptitude for following communication guidelines, procedures, and policies
