CNC Laser Cutting Technician

Join our manufacturing team as a CNC Laser Cutting Technician and help turn complex designs into perfectly cut parts. In this role, you’ll work with advanced CNC laser equipment in a supportive, innovative environment where accuracy and craftsmanship matter.

A day in this role

• Configure CNC laser cutting machines based on specifications, programs, and fixtures.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job travelers to plan each run.
• Continuously monitor cutting operations, verifying part quality and cycle efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area at all times.
• Coordinate with teammates to meet production schedules and hit deadlines.
• Record production data and promptly escalate discrepancies or nonconformances.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in CNC operations preferred.
• Hands-on experience operating a CNC laser or similar CNC machinery.
• Solid understanding of CNC and laser cutting processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer skills for HMI use and data entry.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
