What this role is about

Hands-on restoration work across homes and commercial properties affected by water, fire/smoke, mold, and more. You’ll combine skilled craftsmanship with industry best practices to stabilize, clean, and repair spaces.

In this role, you will

• Perform water damage mitigation, fire cleanup, and mold remediation to return structures to pre-loss condition.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment to complete repairs and restoration tasks.
• Deliver specialty services such as carpet cleaning and asbestos abatement when required.
• Assist with controlled demolition, debris haul-off, and targeted structural repair work.
• Adhere to restoration standards and safety protocols to ensure quality and compliance.
• Document scope, actions, and results while keeping team members and clients updated.

What you bring

• Background in restoration or related trades (construction, professional cleaning).
• Preferred exposure to water, fire/smoke, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and carpet cleaning.
• Skillful, safe operation of tools and restoration equipment.
• Problem-solving mindset and careful attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical capacity for lifting, bending, and working in tight spaces.
• Valid driver’s license preferred to move between job sites as needed.
• Curiosity and drive to learn—training offered for qualified candidates committed to growth.
• Familiarity with restoration-industry standards is beneficial but not mandatory.
