Job Description
Shape the future of animal health in a GMP cleanroom

Step into a hands-on role where precision matters. As an Aseptic Fill-Finish Technician, you’ll help manufacture high-quality vaccines that protect animal health. You’ll work inside a highly controlled cleanroom, run specialized equipment, and practice aseptic technique to keep every batch on-spec and contamination-free.

A day in the life
  • Prepare, set up, operate, and tear down vaccine filling equipment for multiple product presentations across several fill lines.
  • Execute aseptic processing in a GMP-regulated environment, including proper gowning (Tyvek, respirator) and strict adherence to cleanroom behaviors.
  • Operate both portable and stationary manufacturing assets safely and consistently.
  • Load freeze dryers and support lyophilization cycles; complete final capping and apply aluminum seals.
  • Safely operate equipment involving steam and related manufacturing utilities.
  • Complete batch records and SOP-driven tasks with absolute accuracy; maintain GMP documentation and inventory controls.
  • Follow established procedures, regulatory requirements, and site policies—including safety and financial procedures.
  • Work closely with a small, tight-knit team; communicate across departments; and contribute to a culture of quality, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Must-have qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Comfort following detailed procedures in a highly regulated setting.
  • Willing to work a 3rd-shift schedule with occasional weekends.
Nice-to-have experience
  • Post–high school education in science or a related field.
  • Solid math, science, and computer skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing, laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, animal health, or other regulated environments.

  • Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Wear required PPE (Tyvek gowns and a respirator).
  • Work in varying temperatures.
  • Frequently reach above shoulder level; bend, stoop, push, pull, grip, and handle equipment.
  • Perform repetitive wrist, hand, and finger movements.
  • Routinely lift and carry ~5-25 pounds.
  • Work a scheduled 40-hour week with overtime as needed.
What you’ll gain
  • Hands-on exposure to vaccine manufacturing and aseptic processing.
  • Training on specialized cleanroom and manufacturing equipment.
  • Development in GMP, aseptic technique, lyophilization, and vaccine production.
  • A collaborative environment where your work directly supports quality products and animal health.
