Warehouse Associate - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading organization in the industrial and logistics sector, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an essential part of the distribution operations supporting warehouse and logistics activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, which will enable you to succeed and grow within the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Madison, AL

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Shift: 1st shift 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE), such as electric pallet jacks, to move palletized materials efficiently and safely.
• Assist in loading trucks with palletized goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support warehouse operations by maintaining organized storage and handling of materials.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and report issues.

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including electric pallet jacks.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
• Good reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse or distribution environments is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and safety standards.
