Distribution Associate

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and distribution industry, is seeking a Distribution Associate to join their team. As a Distribution Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Distribution Associate

Location: Cambridge, OH

Pay Range: $17.00

Shift: 2nd 

What's the Job?

• Picking and packing finished goods accurately using RF guns
• Loading outbound trailers efficiently and safely
• Performing computer-based functions related to inventory and order processing
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment
• Supporting team members and adapting to high-demand situations

What's Needed?

• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and operate equipment such as fork trucks, pallet jacks, and reach trucks
• Ability to work at heights of 20 feet with fall protection gear
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk on concrete for extended periods
• Previous experience with warehouse equipment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
