Cath Lab Tech About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated Cath Lab Tech to join our team. This position requires proficiency in coronary diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Shift Information- Rotating 4x10 hour Day Shifts (0700-1730 & 0930-2000)
- Shifts may vary based on completion of procedures
- Daily caseload: 20-25 cases per day across 4-5 labs with 2-3 techs per lab
- On-call required: 1 weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) every 7 weeks
- Call shift and evening shift required each week
- Holidays as needed
- No floating between service lines
- No floating to sister facilities
- 2+ years of experience in a Cath Lab setting required
- First-time travelers accepted
- National certifications required: BLS, ACLS, ARRT or RCIS (registered or in process)
- Must possess a valid SC license (SCRQSA)
- Radiation badge required (must be provided by the agency)
- Proficient in monitoring and scrubbing for coronary diagnostic/intervention procedures
- Manager approval required for block schedule accommodations
- Local candidates accepted on a case-by-case basis
- All time-off requests must be included upon submission and will be approved based on facility needs
- The facility may call off one shift every two weeks
