About who needs care: He is wheelchair use mostly learning to use a walker. He had a stroke 3 months ago. Needs do go to doctors visits and do doctor recommended excercises. About the care needs: He likes to go play shuffleboard tournaments on Wednesday and Friday evenings. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
