Nanny Needed For My Children

We are looking for a great babysitter for 2 children (10&11) in Minneapolis. We would like someone who could help our girls get up and get out the door to catch the bus to school 8 a.m. & 8:29 a.m. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car (in case of bus issues) and who does not smoke. Our girls are very self-sufficient so this would most likely be just for a couple months while they get used to the new schedule. FYI, Mom and dad have to leave for work before they get up in the morning. Thanks!
