Babysitter Needed for my Children

Our child just turned 1-year-old. He's our first child, and so we want someone who can play with him while we're at work. We would love the care person to do educational activities that can help him reach his developmental milestones. Such as reading to him, teaching him shapes and colors, using age appropriate toys, etc. We are gujarati indian. I work from home for a Pharmaceutical company and my wife is an ER doctor.
