Luxura Aesthetic Medical Spa is seeking a friendly, energetic, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at our new Louisville location.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist clients with a warm and professional attitude

Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries

Schedule and confirm appointments

Check clients in and out efficiently

Ensure required client forms and records are completed correctly

Process payments accurately

Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area

Support the team with daily administrative tasks

Help create an outstanding client experience from start to finish

Requirements

Previous customer service, front desk, or receptionist experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Positive attitude and professional appearance

Self-motivated with a willingness to go above and beyond

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Basic computer and phone skills

Compensation

$16 to $18 per hour, based on experience
