Warehouse Distribution Coordinator

Zing Recruiting is hiring a Warehouse Distribution Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, returns, order processing, delivery scheduling, and inventory accuracy.

• Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

• Process and release customer orders and monitor open orders.
• Process returns and coordinate pickups and rescheduling.
• Schedule equipment deliveries and customer pickups.
• Handle shipping, receiving, and parts processing.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate pre-installation of new equipment.
• Work closely with Sales, Service, Operations, and other departments to resolve order and delivery issues.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Assist with other warehouse administrative duties as needed.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of related warehouse, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience working with computers and database systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
