Job Description
A&W Windows is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Appointment Setters.
This is not a closing position. Your job is simple: speak with homeowners in local neighborhoods and schedule free window replacement estimates for interested homeowners. Our sales team handles the consultation and closing process from there.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training designed to give you the skills, confidence, and knowledge you need to succeed.
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with significant earning and advancement potential. Appointment setters typically have the opportunity to earn $3,000–$10,000+ per month, and some reps have earned more than $10,000 per month in the starting position.
