Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Overtime opportunities available during peak seasons

What You'll Do

• Assist customers via phone and email
• Troubleshoot product and equipment-related issues
• Research customer concerns and provide effective solutions
• Accurately document customer interactions
• Navigate multiple systems while managing customer inquiries
• Deliver exceptional service with professionalism and empathy

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Technical troubleshooting experience is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain patient and solution-focused
• Comfortable managing a high volume of customer interactions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer applications
• Ability to multitask across multiple platforms and screens
