The Pursell Group has been hired to identify an exceptional Vice President of Human Resources for an established and growing organization in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.

This is a highly visible executive leadership role for an accomplished HR leader who wants to have a meaningful impact on the business. Reporting to senior executive leadership, the VP of HR will help shape the organization’s people strategy, strengthen its leadership capabilities, develop and retain top talent, and build the organizational infrastructure needed to support continued growth.

We are looking for a strategic, business-minded HR executive who can operate at both the executive and operational levels. This individual will be a trusted advisor to leadership and an influential voice on organizational strategy, talent, culture, and change.

Key Areas of Impact

• Serve as a strategic advisor and business partner to executive leadership.
• Lead the organization’s overall HR and talent strategy.
• Strengthen leadership development, succession planning, and talent management.
• Drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and a high-performance culture.
• Lead and develop the Human Resources team.
• Guide the organization through continued growth, change, and organizational development.
• Provide executive leadership across compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have significant progressive HR leadership experience with a track record of partnering with senior executives and leading HR strategy within a sophisticated organization.

We are particularly interested in leaders who combine strong business acumen, executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to build relationships and influence at every level of an organization.

A bachelor’s degree is required. An advanced degree and/or senior HR certification is preferred.

Location

The position is based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Candidates should reside in the area or be willing to relocate.
