Maintenance / Groundskeeper - DIRECT HIRE

Pay Rate/Range: $15/hr

Description: A local residential, commercial, and industrial real estate company is seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance / Groundskeeper. In this Maintenance / Groundskeeper role, you will:

• Maintain all common areas, walkways, breezeways, public bathrooms, parking lots or other areas as required. 

• Pick up trash including cigarette butts and leaves. 

• Trim bushes and spray weeds. 

• Report safety concerns.

• Clean dumpster areas.

• Remove graffiti and handle minor painting projects.

• Remove snow and ice as needed. 

• Keep the shop organized and ensure that equipment is clean and accounted for. 

• Plunge toilets and shut off water supply or meters when needed. 

• Change light bulbs when needed. 

• Repair holes in dry-wall and match paint. 

• Assist with filter changes when needed. 

• Submit timesheets, expense reports and purchase receipts. 

• Maintain a clean vehicle, tools and equipment.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED required

• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Drug screen and background check are required

• Ability to lift 100lb necessary to installation and removal of construction items

Job Type: Direct Hire

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (flexible)
