Account Executive (Clinical / Nurse)

Responsibilities: Medical Brain’s clients include health systems/hospitals and physician practices. Our Account Executive who is a clinician (ideally a Nurse) owns, maintains and manages our relationship with these clients which includes:

• Analyzing clients' clinical and operational needs vis-a-vis our Medical Brain platform
• Participating in software deployment for new clients including clinical workflow meetings, training/orientation and on-site Go Live
• Meet with clients on a regular basis (weekly/monthly,) in-person to enhance clients’ use of the Medical Brain by:
  • Reviewing clinical cases
  • Tracking and reporting clinical and operational KPIs/metrics
  • Reviewing and refreshing clients’ knowledge of existing/new capabilities of the Medical Brain

Requirements and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited US university
• Proficiency of the use of various clinical or administrative software such as EHRs, PMs, LIS or CDS platforms
• 7+ years of experience in clinical practice as a Nurse at a hospital, physician practice or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience in coordination of clinical or administrative software deployment projects including coordination with technology teams
• Deep understanding of relevant clinical cases and KPIs, their management and tracking
• Proficiency in preparing and presenting periodic reports based on clinical cases and KPIs
• Ability to engage with a wide range of client stakeholders such as physicians/nurses, practice/hospital management, administrative staff, etc.
• Knowledge of CMS programs such as Remote Physiologic Monitoring, Chronic Care Management, Transition of Care, etc. is a plus
