Office Administrator

We are seeking a reliable a detail-oriented Office Administrator / Bookkeeper to support our day-to-day office operations and assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative and office tasks.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist customers and vendors.
• Maintain organized files, records, and documentation.
• Enter invoices, payments, and other financial information.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and process invoices and payments.
• Assist with payroll and other bookkeeping duties as needed.
• Perform data entry and maintain spreadsheets.
• Assist management with various administrative projects.

Qualifications

• Previous office administration and bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Professional and dependable with a positive attitude.
