Driver / Mover (Non-CDL)

Join the first Square Cow Moovers team in the Milwaukee area!

Square Cow Moovers is growing in Wisconsin, and we're looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our team as Driver / Movers.

This isn't a driving-only position. Our drivers are active members of the moving crew. You'll safely operate one of our box trucks while also working alongside your team to protect, load, transport, and unload our customers' belongings.

No CDL is required. Moving experience is helpful, but not required. We'll provide hands-on training and teach you how we do things the Square Cow way.

Pay & Earnings

• $19–$22/hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Customer tips are paid in addition to hourly wages
• Opportunities for increased earning potential as you develop additional skills and advance into Driver and Crew Leader responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a Square Cow box truck to and from moving jobs
• Work alongside your crew throughout the entire move
• Safely load and unload furniture, boxes, and household belongings
• Protect furniture, homes, and customer property throughout the move
• Wrap and prepare items for safe transportation
• Properly secure loads for transportation
• Complete required vehicle inspections and follow company safety procedures
• Use moving equipment and proper lifting techniques
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Represent Square Cow professionally on the road and in customers' homes and businesses

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements
• Safe and responsible driving habits
• Dependable and punctual
• Hardworking with a positive attitude
• Comfortable with physically active work
• Able to safely lift and move furniture and household items with appropriate equipment and team assistance, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willing to learn, take direction, and help wherever needed
• Box truck, delivery, moving, warehouse, construction, general labor, or similar experience is helpful, but not required
• No CDL required

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time opportunities
• Work is available Monday through Saturday
• Approximately 20–45 hours per week, depending on availability and moving volume
• Hours vary depending on the moving schedule
• Crews typically begin in the morning
• Sundays off
