Warehouse Worker /Picker/Packer/Immediate Start

Position: General Laborer Lv1
Location: Salina KS 67401

Duration: 3 months (May get extend)

Payrate: 19/hr (Weekly Pay)

Shift: 8 AM - 6 PM/7 PM , 6 days a week with 1 day off (rotating days)

Job Responsibilities

A typical workday may include:

• Loading and unloading trucks, rail cars, and other materials.
• Assisting with grain handling operations, including filling and reclaiming ground piles.
• Performing general labor and material handling duties throughout the facility.
• Conducting basic maintenance and operator care of equipment to support daily operations.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Following all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Working closely with team members and providing excellent customer service when needed.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, twisting, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer skills.
• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to heat, cold, dust, and loud noise.
• Ability to work at elevated heights of 4 feet or more.
• Ability to wear and use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Preferred Qualifications

• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice.
