Pay Rate/Range: $30-36/hr

Description: The Machine Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting safe, reliable plant operations by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and continuous improvement activities on facility and production equipment. This Machine Maintenance Technician role applies mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic controls knowledge to diagnose equipment issues, complete repairs, maintain accurate records, and support uptime, safety, and operational performance. The position also assists with facility systems, maintenance planning, contractor coordination, and recommendations for equipment reliability improvements. The Machine Maintenance Technician supports a proactive safety culture by identifying hazards, promoting safe work practices, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that protect employees, equipment, and the environment.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED required

• Technical training in industrial and facility maintenance preferred

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or commercial maintenance required, including hands-on troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems

• Strong working knowledge of low and high-voltage electrical systems, mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, basic controls, prints, schematics, and safe troubleshooting practices required.

Job Type: Direct Hire

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm; some weekends required
