Dental Front Desk Receptionist

We are a growing dental practice in Laguna Hills seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Dental Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and assist patients professionally
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
• Contact recall patients and help maintain a productive schedule
• Check patients in and out
• Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits
• Collect copays and patient balances
• Enter and maintain accurate patient information
• Assist with treatment estimates and payment options
• Coordinate with the clinical and billing teams
• Maintain an organized and welcoming front office

Qualifications

• Dental front-office experience preferred
• Open Dental experience strongly preferred
• Dental insurance knowledge preferred
• Strong phone and customer-service skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable communicating with patients about scheduling, insurance, and payments
• Ability to multitask and work well with a team
