Business Project Manager

Russell Tobin is partnering with a biotech organization to identify a Business Project Manager for an opportunity near Tucson, AZ.
 
Responsibilities

• Drives lean methodologies and practices across businesses processes.
• Institutionalize continuous improvement (CI) practices
• Serve as the champion/role model for change
• Identify projects, lessons learned, or best practices that can be replicated for deployment
• Focus on training stakeholders, implementing lean principles, enhancing operational efficiency, and realizing cost reductions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related field.  Master’s degree preferred
• Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• 7+ years demonstrated experience with increasing responsibility in developing and implementing successful continuous improvement programs

Additional Details:

• Location model: onsite position
• Position Type: 2 year contract opportunity
• Pay range approved: $60-70/hr depending on experience
