Entry Level Client Representative

Barkley Reserve is hiring motivated, outgoing, and career-minded individuals to join our growing team as Entry Level Client Representatives.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and learning new skills.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship to help you build confidence and develop the skills needed for long-term success.
What You'll Do
As an Entry Level Client Representative, you will:
- Interact directly with customers and potential customers
- Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Represent our clients and their products with integrity
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Communicate customer needs and feedback with your team
- Learn and apply sales and marketing strategies
- Work toward individual and team goals
- Track performance and key results
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Weekly pay in uncapped commissions average $65,000-85,000 annually plus bonuses and additional incentives
