Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative in Fort Worth, TX to build customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth through phone, email, and inbound customer interactions. The ideal candidate will research and contact prospective clients, follow up with existing customers, and recommend products and solutions that meet their business needs. This role is responsible for tracking leads and opportunities, analyzing sales performance, and generating territory reports using Excel and Sage 100 reporting tools. Working closely with Sales Support and warehouse teams, you will ensure accurate order processing, timely fulfillment, and resolution of customer service issues such as returns, tracking requests, and backorders. Successful candidates will identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while staying informed on market trends, new products, and competitor activity. Occasional travel is required, with attendance at industry trade shows one to three times per year to support current customers and develop new business relationships.

 

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

 

Compensation: $45,750 annually, with unlimited commission potential
