Medical Spa Sales Manager / Director

Luxura Aesthetic Medical Spa is seeking an experienced, results-driven Medical Spa Sales Manager / Director to join our growing team in Louisville, Kentucky.

This role is ideal for a strong sales leader with experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, beauty, or another high-ticket consultative sales environment. The right candidate will be confident leading a team, driving revenue, improving sales performance, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly revenue goals
• Conduct and oversee client consultations
• Drive sales of high-value treatment packages and services
• Coach, train, and motivate team members to improve performance
• Monitor sales KPIs, conversion rates, follow-ups, and overall results
• Support clients with financing options and applications
• Develop strategies to increase revenue, retention, and client satisfaction
• Maintain a professional and performance-driven team environment
• Work closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure an excellent client experience

Requirements

• Proven sales leadership and management experience
• Strong experience closing high-ticket packages or services
• Medical spa, aesthetics, cosmetics, wellness, or similar experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Strong coaching, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable discussing premium pricing and asking for the sale
• Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven
• Must be comfortable working onsite in Louisville, Kentucky

Compensation
$50,000–$60,000 per year + commission + performance-based bonuses
