Medical Spa Sales Manager

REQUIRED - please do not apply without this. You need experience leading a sales team against a revenue number, plus at least 2 years in one of the following: (a) selling treatments, packages or memberships inside a medical spa, day spa, aesthetics clinic, dermatology or plastic surgery practice, or a beauty or wellness location; or (b) pharmaceutical, medical device, or aesthetics industry sales calling on physicians, clinics or medical practices.

Medical Spa Sales Manager

Luxura Aesthetic Medical Spa is hiring a Sales Manager to lead the sales side of our Louisville, Kentucky location.

This is a revenue role, not an administrative one. You will own the location's sales performance: turning consultations into treatment plans and memberships, coaching the consultant team, and holding the location to its monthly numbers. It suits a sales leader coming from medical aesthetics, wellness, beauty, fitness, or another high-ticket consultative sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the location's sales performance and monthly revenue goals
• Lead and oversee client consultations, and close high-value treatment packages and services
• Drive membership enrollment and client retention
• Hire, train, coach, and motivate the sales consultant team
• Track conversion rates, follow-ups, and consultant performance, and act on what the numbers show
• Guide clients through financing options and applications
• Build strategies that grow revenue, retention, and client satisfaction
• Work closely with the clinical and operational teams to ensure an excellent client experience
• Maintain a professional, performance-driven team environment

Requirements

• Proven sales leadership or management experience with accountability for a revenue number
• Strong experience closing high-ticket packages or services
• Medical spa, aesthetics, cosmetics, wellness, or similar experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Strong coaching, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable discussing premium pricing and asking for the sale
• Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven
• Must be comfortable working onsite in Louisville, Kentucky
