Job Description
Currently seeking an Inside Sales Associate for a full-time temporary to permanent position in Riverside, RI.
Responsibilities of Inside Sales Associate:
-Manage and grow account portfolio
-Create customer orders by receiving high volume of orders over the phone
-Enter order information into computer system, working with multiple parts and items numbers
-Answer inquires customer may have in regards to products or order status
-Identify growth opportunities and reach out to potential clients
-Foster and maintain customer relationships
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Requirements of Inside Sales Associate
-Must have previous experience in Sales and Customer Service roles
-Great organizational skills
-Excellent customer service skills
-Detailed oriented
-Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook
-Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
-Great analytical skills
Hours: 8:30am -5:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $23.00-$25.00/hour
