Production Supervisor

Manufacturing company is looking for a Production Supervisor on the 2nd Shift to join their team! 

• Supervise a team of up to 20 associates.
• Coordinate and plan weekly work .
• Previous machine maintenance experience required!
• Assist with interviewing, training, and evaluating new hires.
• Ensure on-time orders and deliveries to customers. 
• Ensure orders are filled efficiently and correctly.
• Monitor daily progress and production efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages in materials to management
• Operate the forklift as needed to move materials

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Production Management/Supervisory role
• BILINGUAL - English/Spanish
• Machine Maintenance experience
