Night Auditor - Front Desk

Schedule

• Monday and Tuesday - 11pm to 7am
• Friday- Sunday - 3pm to 11pm

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist guests during overnight hours
• Check guests in and out using the hotel PMS system
• Handle guest questions, requests, and concerns professionally
• Process payments and ensure accurate guest account records
• Complete nightly audit and balance hotel financial transactions
• Prepare and review daily reports for accuracy
• Monitor the front desk, lobby, and hotel areas during overnight hours
• Make reservations and update guest information as needed
• Assist with security and respond appropriately to overnight guest needs
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment

Requirements:

• 1+ year of hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently during overnight hours
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and transactions
• Ability to handle guest concerns and stressful situations professionally
• Basic computer skills; experience with hotel PMS systems a plus
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be available for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable attendance and transportation required
