Outside Sales Associate

The Outside Sales Associate is responsible for engaging directly with clients across the state to understand and fulfill their commercial signage needs. This role involves frequent local travel to client sites, conducting site assessments, and delivering compelling sales presentations to support order acquisition and foster strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess signage needs and provide tailored solutions
• Perform site measurements and take photos to support accurate signage placement
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Process orders accurately and maintain thorough product knowledge
• Manage assigned territory statewide with daily local travel for client visits
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in outside sales
• Proficient with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Strong sales techniques including negotiation and communication
• Effective time management and self-motivation skills
• Experience using measurement tools and solid product knowledge
• Ability to solve problems and adapt to client needs
