• Experience handling inbound calls and account-related inquiries
• Experience with Cash Management, online banking, and mobile banking support
• Demonstrated employment stability and a record of successfully completing prior assignments

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on accounts
• Respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Consistently meet key department performance metrics
• Provide functional support for Cash Management products and services, Online and Mobile app, and general account or financial-related inquiries
