• Needed to provide daily coverage for facilities and office support tasks. Their presence is essential to maintain workflow and operations.
• Perform daily office support and facilities tasks throughout the building.
• Reconfigure cubicles and office spaces as needed.
• Set up and tear down conference rooms for meetings and events.
• Move tables, chairs, desks, and other office furniture safely.
• Handle minor repairs and maintenance tasks (e.g., filing cabinets, desktops, fixtures).
• Ensure workspaces are functional, organized, and ready for staff use.
• Complete all tasks within the assignment time frame, providing consistent daily coverage
