Window Cleaning Technician

Sparkle Squad of Austin is hiring a full time W2 Window Cleaning Technician for residential and commercial exterior cleaning throughout the Austin area.

Responsibilities:

• Window cleaning and gutter cleaning

• Pressure washing and soft washing

• Holiday light installation and removal

• Customer service and professional communication

• Safe loading and unloading of equipment

• Truck, tool, and equipment maintenance

• Working as part of a two person crew and following safety procedures

This is hands on outdoor work in the heat and other weather conditions. You must be comfortable working on ladders and roofs and working safely at heights. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Compensation and schedule:

• Full time W2 employment

• $18 to $25 per hour

• Tips, commissions, and performance bonuses

• Paid training and advancement opportunities

• Typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with evenings or weekends as needed

We are looking for dependable, self motivated people who take pride in quality work, communicate well with customers, and are comfortable working outdoors. Experience is helpful, but paid training is available for the right person.
