· Enforce company safety expectations and applicable OSHA requirements across active jobsites.
· Review plans, specifications, scopes of work, purchase orders, and change documentation, and monitor costs to control variances, waste, and rework.
· Hold trade partners accountable for scheduling, workmanship, jobsite conditions, and completion of corrective work.
· Maintain complete and current schedules, inspection results, photographs, notes, and related records in BuildPro and other company systems.
· Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Operations, Warranty, and other internal teams to support timely and successful home delivery.

· Strong organization, judgment, problem-solving, communication, and follow-through.
· Ability to work effectively with homeowners, trade partners, vendors, inspectors, and internal departments.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and construction management systems.
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular travel among assigned communities and jobsites.
Preferred Qualifications
· Three to five years of construction management experience in production homebuilding.
· Experience using BuildPro or a comparable construction management platform.

Regular travel among assigned communities, jobsites, and the Houston Division office is required.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
· Work primarily in active residential construction environments, indoors and outdoors, in varying weather conditions.
· Walk and inspect jobsites with uneven surfaces and regularly stand, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs.
· Occasionally climb ladders and frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds, with occasional lifting or moving of up to 25 pounds.
· Safely navigate active jobsites while maintaining awareness of construction-related hazards.
