Import/Export Operations - Freight Forwarder

Responsibilities:

 - Handle Air and Ocean Import and Export shipments from creation to billing

 - Prepare import documents in accordance with all US Customs regulations

 - Schedule deliveries based on customer needs

 - Ability to create Excel spreadsheets

 - Prepare invoices and send to customers

 - Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

2+ years of air/ocean import and export experience with a freight forwarder preferred

Excellent communication skills, well organized and proficient computer skills, inclusive of Microsoft Office

Compensation based off of experience and negotiable
