Customer Service Representative

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for an established manufacturing company in the Houston area. This position will assist customers with orders, quotes, pricing, product information, order tracking, and general customer service needs. The ideal candidate will be organized, comfortable working with customers by phone and email, and able to handle data entry and multiple requests at once.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with orders, quotes, pricing, product information, and order status
• Communicate with customers through phone and email
• Enter and update customer, quotation, and order information accurately
• Review customer requests and gather information needed to prepare quotes
• Follow up on pending quotes, orders, shipments, and customer requests
• Coordinate with internal sales, production, and engineering departments
• Assist with customer concerns, complaints, and product-related questions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Manage multiple customer requests and priorities throughout the day

Requirements:

• Previous customer service, order processing, administrative, or data entry experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent typing and data entry skills
• Basic Microsoft Excel experience required
• Comfortable communicating professionally by phone and email
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus
• Epicor experience is a plus, but not required
• Experience with quotes, estimates, or order entry is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Must be able to work onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
