Compensation: $6,000 per month / $72,000 annually

Business Executives in Coconut Grove are seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly organized Live-In Housekeeper to manage the daily housekeeping, laundry, organization, and general upkeep of the residence.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, maintaining a consistently clean and organized home, assisting with household routines, and caring for a small dog as needed.

Schedule

Monday through Thursday, the day begins at approximately 5:30 AM to assist with the morning household routine, including care of the small dog and helping with breakfast.

The principal generally leaves for the office from approximately 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During the day, responsibilities will focus on housekeeping, laundry, ironing, organization, and maintaining the home.

Evening assistance is generally needed from approximately 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, including helping with dinner, kitchen cleanup, and putting household items away.

Friday responsibilities continue through approximately lunchtime. The Housekeeper will return to the residence on Sunday to begin the following workweek.

Responsibilities

• Daily housekeeping and maintaining the residence to a high standard
• Laundry and detailed clothing care
• Ironing and steaming
• Changing and maintaining bed linens
• Cleaning and organizing bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas
• Maintaining closets, cabinets, drawers, and household storage areas
• Helping keep the kitchen clean and organized
• Assisting with breakfast and dinner routines
• Cleaning up and putting items away following meals
• Light household organization
• Monitoring household supplies and notifying the principal when items need replenishing
• Assisting with the care and routine of a small dog
• Maintaining discretion and privacy at all times

Qualifications

• Previous professional housekeeping experience in a private residence
• Strong laundry and ironing skills
• Knowledge of the care and cleaning of high end wardrobe
• Excellent cleaning and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a live-in household environment
• Comfortable around and assisting with a small dog
• Able to work independently and manage daily responsibilities without constant supervision
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and discreet
• Strong attention to detail
