BCBA and ABA Compliance Partner

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide senior-level clinical and operational leadership across behavioral health and ABA services. This individual will combine clinical expertise with leadership experience in supervision, operations, quality improvement, compliance, and regulatory oversight.

The Director will work with senior leadership and clinical teams to strengthen service delivery, establish best practices, improve operational effectiveness, ensure compliance, and drive positive client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to BCBAs, supervisors, therapists, and clinical teams.
• Provide supervision, mentoring, coaching, and professional development to clinical staff.
• Review clinical programs, treatment plans, documentation, data, and outcomes to ensure quality and effectiveness.
• Lead initiatives to improve service delivery, clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement clinical and operational standards, policies, processes, and best practices.
• Analyze clinical and operational data to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with BACB standards, applicable regulations, payer requirements, licensing requirements, and organizational policies.
• Support audits, identify compliance risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with leadership to develop scalable solutions and continuously improve clinical and operational performance.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required; Master's degree preferred.
• Significant ABA clinical and supervisory experience.
• Prior experience as a Clinical Director, BCBA Supervisor, Clinical Supervisor, Regional Clinical Director, or similar leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical operations, quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of ABA practices, clinical documentation, treatment planning, supervision, and data analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
